Congratulations to David Ahlheim and Bailey Yenzer for their recent work at the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals!

David and Bailey represented two different psychologists who were appointed by the St. Louis County Family Court to provide evaluations and recommendations during contentious custody disputes.  The parent who believed they "lost" in Family Court brought a series of claims including under 42 USC 1983.  Defendants obtained dismissals at the District Court level. Following briefing and argument, the Eighth Circuit affirmed the dismissal.
