Congratulations to Rebecca Cary and Mark Hennelly for receiving honors from Missouri Lawyers Weekly for obtaining the Top Defense Verdict in the state of Missouri for 2024.  

Plaintiff was a minor involved in a motor vehicle accident.  Plaintiff claimed Defendant caused or contributed to an accident when moving to the side of the highway during a diabetic episode.  Plaintiff claimed injuries including traumatic brain injury.  The demand was as high at $32,000,000.  The City of St. Louis jury returned a defense verdict.
